Patricia Lee Davis July 18, 1947 - April 21, 2014 Phenix City, AL- Patricia Lee Davis, 66 of Phenix City, AL passed away Monday at Gentiva Hospice in Columbus, GA surrounded by her family. A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Summerville Baptist Church at 11:00am EDT. The family requests donations be made to PAWS of Columbus, GA, 4900 Milgen Rd, Columbus, GA 31907 on behalf of Patricia Davis and her beloved companion, Scrappy. Ms. Davis was born July 18, 1947 in Fountain City, MD to Harold W. Patrick and Hazel Alma Davis Patrick. She graduated from Central High School in 1965 and worked for Rehabilitation Services of Columbus for 20 years. She was a member of Summerville Baptist Church and loved helping in the church nursery. She is survived by her daughters, Renee Norris of Phenix City, AL, Kelly Samonte of Virginia Beach, VA and Krystal Cruz of Columbus, GA; parents, Harold and Hazel Patrick of Phenix City, AL; brother, Scott Patrick and wife Paula of Smiths, AL; grandchildren Kyle Lee Davis of Phenix City, AL and Alex and Evan of Virginia Beach, VA; special thanks to Ann Hutchinson and Cindy Carter for their care and support; other loving family members and many caring friends.
