A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 13, at 1 pm at Faith Covenant Church, 150 62nd Ave NE, St. Petersburg. Born in Chicago, IL, Patricia received a BS degree from North Park College in 1961 and an MS in Chemistry from the University of Illinois in 1963. In 1967, she married Kenneth Johnson, U.S.M.C. Through military assignments, they lived in several locations throughout the U.S., including Florida. She was a teacher throughout her life, most recently at The Canterbury School (where Kenneth continues to teach) and Shorecrest Preparatory School. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Covenant Church, in Oak Lawn, IL, and attended Faith Covenant Church in St. Petersburg. She is survived by her mother; her husband; her two daughters, Kathryn and Elizabeth; Kathryn's husband, John; and six grandchildren.
