PATRICIA L. JONES9/4/1965 - 4/16/2012SPOKANE, WASH. - Patricia L. Jones passed away April 16, 2012, at Sacred Heart Medical Center, Spokane, Wash.Prior to 2004, Miss Jones was a resident of Asheville, N.C. She was a graduate of Reynolds High School and attended UNC-Asheville. She was voted "Miss Congeniality" in the 1984 Miss Asheville Pageant.Miss Jones was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Claudia Partin Jones and Walter McKinley Jones; maternal grandmother, Wilene Welch; her brother, Jerry Neal Jones Jr.; and sister, Deborah Ann Jones.She is survived by her father, Jerry N. Jones and wife, Martha, of Asheville; her mother, Barbara Jones Miller Hartsoe Deubel and husband, Marvin, of Spokane Valley, Wash.; three step brothers, John Vestal, Steve Miller, and Jason Miller, and beloved friend, Chris Hewitt, all of Asheville.A memorial service will be held in Colville, Wash.
