Patricia H. Johnson, nee Mick, 64, a lifelong resident of Glassboro, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014 in Lancaster General Hospital, Lancaster, PA. Pat was employed as Secretary of Glassboro Bureau of Fire Inspection for 19 years, retiring in 2007. She was a 34-year member of Glassboro Fire Dept. serving as Secretary, Safety Officer and on several committees. She was also a former 10-year member and Captain of Glassboro Ambulance Corps. Pat enjoyed crafts, needlepoint, camping and traveling to Disney World nearly every year. She was also very involved with family and her grandchildren who called her "Nana." Pat is survived by her husband of 43 years, Ralph Johnson; 3 sons, John L., Bryan R. (Brandi), and Michael S.; her former daughter-in-law, Kimmy; 2 brothers, John and Louis Mick; and 8 grandchildren, Christopher, Tricia, Kody, Amber and 4 others. A firefighter's funeral service for Pat will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 10:00 AM in MATHIS FUNERAL HOME, 43 N. Delsea Drive, Glassboro, NJ. Friends and fellow firemen may call Wednesday evening from 6:00-9:00 PM and after 9:00 AM on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Manahath Cemetery, Glassboro.
