Patricia H. Daddona Age 59, of Waverly, NY, died Wednesday afternoon, October 12, 2005, at the Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA. The cause of the unexpected death was diagnosed as a brain aneurysm, suffered on Tuesday, October 11. Born March 2, 1946 in Elmira, NY, she was the daughter of Helen Cabucci Daddona and the late Anthony Daddona. Patricia was employed by F.J. Winslow Associates, Appraisers and Consultants of Rochester, NY and Elmira, NY at the time of her death. She had been employed prior to that by Paxar Corporation in Sayre, PA for 15 years. Patty is survived by her son, Jon Sindoni and his wife, Amanda Sindoni; her daughter, Kathy Sindoni; her mother, Helen Daddona; her brother, Jim Daddona and his wife, Carole Daddona; her husband, Richard Brown; her grandchildren, Chad Sindoni, Britney Brown, Alexandria Sindoni, and Abigail Sindoni; nieces, Candace Daddona and Melissa Daddona; a cousin, Marla Brennan; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; numerous friends, including Bob and Debra Huckle, Suzi DePaul, Marilyn Grego, Marsha Sykes, Michelle Sullivan and Jan Sheedy. She is also survived by the many recipients of her organ donations. Patty will be remembered by her friends and family for the kindness, love and generosity of spirit given to all. She was preceded in death by her father, Anthony Daddona; and her stepson, Richie Brown. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 15, 2005, at 2:30 p.m. at the Alteri-Bowen Funeral Home, 314 Desmond St., Sayre, PA, with the Rev. Andrew S. Hvozdovic, Pastor of the Church of the Epiphany, Sayre, PA, officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Immediately following the service at the funeral home, there will be a celebration of life and a time of fellowship at Patty's home at 422 Park Ave., Waverly, NY.
