Patricia Collins, died Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at Hudson Valley Hospital after a 12 year struggle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was 65. Patricia was the beloved wife of Thomas R. Collins of Putnam Valley, the cherished mother of Thomas K. Collins and his wife, Carol, of Yorktown and Susan Prince and her husband Michael, of Putnam Valley, and the grandmother of Sean, Trisha and Meghan. Patricia dedicated her life to her family and friends. Visiting hours will be on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME, Morrissey Drive, Putnam Valley.
