Patricia Ann Patsy Carter, 60     BOOTHBAY -- Patricia Ann Patsy Carter, 60, of Boothbay, passed away on Oct. 23, 2007, at her daughter's home.     Patricia was born in Boothbay Harbor, Jan. 16, 1947, the daughter of Ernest and Cora Lewis Lowery. She grew up in Boothbay and attended local schools. Patsy raised her family in Boothbay Harbor and her family was her life. For the past 20 years she worked at Ebb Tide as a cook.     She loved walking and shopping with her friends, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and her cat Izzy.     Predeceased by her father, Ernest Lowery. Survivors include two daughters, Shari Plaice and her husband Robert of Brewster, Mass., Lesley Blethen and her husband Brian of Boothbay, one son, Andy Carter of Boothbay Harbor; mother, Cora Lewis Lowery of Boothbay Harbor; brothers, Rodney Lowery and his wife Toni of Trevett, Ambrose Sonny Artzer and his wife Brenda of Hodgdons Island; grandchildren, Brandon Long of Ft. Lewis, Wash., Adam and Andee May Plaice of Brewster, Mass., Faith and Glory Blethen of Boothbay; and great-grandchild, Alexis Long of Ossipee N.H.     A celebration of her life will be Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007, at the Barters Island Baptist Church, at 2 p.m. followed by a gathering of family and friends at the Barters Island Community Hall. Alfred Roberts will officiate.
