MORGAN, PATRICIA ANN, 55 Gainesville - Ms. Patricia Ann Morgan, age 55 died Sept. 12, 2006, at Shands at Alachua General Hospital. Ms. Morgan moved to Gainesville in 1980 from Branford, FL. She was a graduate of Branford High School, and received her AA degree from Santa Fe Community College, and her BA degree from the University of Florida. Ms. Morgan was also a member of Springhill Baptist Church, where she served on the Usher Board. She is survived by her two daughters; Shamira Alston, Tallahassee, FL, and Charlotte Moore, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. One brother; Willis J. Spann, Miami, FL. One sister; Jennifer Weeks, Gainesville, FL, and two grandchildren. Funeral Services for Ms. Morgan will be held 3pm, Sat., Sept. 16, 2006 at Springhill Baptist Church, Gainesville, Fl, with Rev. Adrian Taylor, officiating; burial will follow in the Rutledge Cemetery, Gainesville, FL. Arrangements are under the care of CHESTNUT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 18 NW 8th Ave., Gainesville, FL. Ms. Morgan will repose in the Chestnut Memorial Chapel on Fri., from 2-8pm. Family an friends are asked to meet at the home of Ms. Morgan, 914 N.E. 7th PL, Gainesville, FL, at 2:15pm to form the cortege.
