Obituary of Patricia-A. Wilson


WILSON Patricia A. Wilson, age 69, of Stratford, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Miss Wilson was born in New York City on March 23, 1941 to the late James S. and Helen V. (Swisher) Wilson. She was retired from Richardson-Vicks Corporation. Pat was a devoted communicant of Saint Mark Church where she volunteered in many capacities and enjoyed many new friendships. She was a faithful member of St. Mark's Divine Mercy Prayer Cenacle. She is survived by her beloved brother, James Robert Wilson of Cutchogue, NY and her best friend, Christina Wilson of Katonah, NY. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister-in-law, Audrey Ann Wilson. Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 9: a.m. at the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford and at 10: a.m. at St. Mark Church with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will take place on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 12 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery, Queens, NY. Friends may call on Tuesday (TODAY) from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Those who so desire, may make contributions in her memory to St. Mark Church, 500 Wigwam La., Stratford, CT 06614 or Vitas Hospice, 777 Commerce Dr., Fairfield.
