Survived by her husband, Jackie Cummings Jr.; daughters, Krystal Vaughn and Jenna Hall; son, Derek Hall; brothers, Steven and Virgil Hall III; sister, Melissa Hardin; grandchildren, Evan and Kara Hall, Adriana and Alyxandria Vaughn and Kayleana Way. Funeral service is 1 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West). Visitation is noon - 8 p.m. on Sunday.
