Scott, 89, of Fort Myers, FL left this world surrounded by her loved ones on Wed, Sept. 26, 2012. She was born Nov. 25, 1922 in Llanelli Wales, UK; was a former member of the British Royal Navy from Wales, UK; and as a war bride journeyed to Canada to join her new husband a former member of the Royal Canadian Navy. Several years later they migrated from Canada to Fort Myers, FL - just in time for Hurricane Donna in 1960. A resident of Whiskey Creek for over 40 years, she was a founding member of the Whiskey Creek Country Club; a longtime volunteer (Pink Lady) for the Lee Memorial Hospital; and was a homemaker and devoted wife to her husband Robert Scott who preceded her nearly 32 years ago. She will be greatly missed by her two children: Gloria (Everett) Greer and Christine (Al) Shields; grandchildren: Tracy (Mike) Greenwell, Lorri (Billy) Garlick, Nicole D'Alessandro and Anthony D'Alessandro; and great grandchildren: Danielle (Jason) Justice, Brock Garlick, Bo Greenwell and Garett Greenwell. Visitation for family and friends will be held at 1:30pm on Sat., Sept. 29, 2012 at Anderson-Patterson chapel, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Ft.
