SMITH Patricia A., on June 20, 2012 of Bogota. Having never taken a sick day she retired as an RN from Holy Name Hospital after 31 years. She was a graduate of St. Vincent's School of Nursing, NY, NY and a member of their Alumni Association. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church, Bogota. Beloved wife of 50 years to the late James L. Smith. Devoted mother of Debi DiSanto and her husband Jerry, Patty Costanzo, Eileen Kossler and her husband Scott, Annie Cerci, Mary Beth Napolitano, Frank Smith and his partner Russell Chalmers and the late James Gerard Smith. Dear sister of the late Phyllis Burke, Eileen and Richard Curran. Loving grandmother of Chelsea and Alex Napolitano, Rania Ghrayeb and Tarkan Cerci and also survived by her brother in law Edmund Burke. The funeral will leave Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Avenue, Bogota, Saturday morning at 9 for the funeral Mass at St. Joseph's RC Church at 9:30. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly.
