Patricia O'Sullivan, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died on May 1, 2003. She was 66. Mrs.O'Sullivan was born on May 29, 1936 in Port Chester to the late William and Gertrude (Rockwell) Page. On September 16, 1956 she married Patrick O'Sullivan. He died in 1989. Mrs. O'Sullivan is survived by two daughters: Colleen Formisano and her husband Joseph of Port Jervis, and Peggy O'Sullivan of New Rochelle; two sons: Kevin and Brian of New Rochelle and four grandchildren: Erin, Kristin, Johanna and David Formisano. She is predeceased by a brother Billy Page. Visiting will be Saturday 7-9 pm and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Place, New Rochelle. A Funeral Service is scheduled for Monday at 10 am at Holy Name Church. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Calvary Hospital, 1740 Eastchester Road, Bronx, NY 10461.
