Patricia A. Smith September 5, 2011 Patricia A. Smith, 52, of Syracuse, passed away Monday at Upstate University Hospital at Community General. A life resident of Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late Charlotte Winslow Witek and sister of the late Thomas and Keith Stone. Surviving are her husband, David J. Smith; her son, Austin Smith; her father, Edward Witek of Syracuse; her sisters, Linda Palmer of Kansas City, Kansas, and Pamela Witek of Syracuse; her brother, Jerry Stone of Baldwinsville; and several nieces and nephews.
