Patricia A. Smith, 81, died Feb. 11, 2013, at home. She was born in Norwich, N.Y., and moved to Indian River County in 1972, coming from Rochester, N.Y. She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church and of the Ladies Nine Holers in Barefoot Bay. Survivors include her son, David Smith of Barefoot Bay; sisters, Mary Kinne and Sharon Petrillo, both of Barefoot Bay; brothers, Richard Mahoney of Barefoot Bay and Daniel Mahoney of Clark Mills, N.Y.; and one grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad Smith; son, Thomas Smith; and brother, Bernard Mahoney. Memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund, 4450 W.
