Services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethel C.M.E. Church. Burial will be held in Palms Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife, Florrie; daughters Demetrus Dawkins of Bradenton, Mary Richardson of Jacksonville, Ursler Williams of Bradenton, Helena O'Neil of Hollywood and Rena Williams of Sarasota; sons Oscar II of Tampa, Shawn of Savannah, Ga., and John Morris of Sarasota; brothers Richard of Delaware and Henry of Denver; sisters Mary Litt, Carrie Mays and Doris Clark, all of Mississippi, and Annie Moore of Texas; 12 grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren, and goddaughter Dinetha King of Alabama.
