PACOLET -->Ora Mae Medlin Brown PACOLET MILLS, SC-- Ora Mae Medlin Brown, 82, of 1190 Sunny Acres Road, died Thursday, August 23, 2007, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born March 22, 1925, in Columbia, SC, she was the daughter of the late Len Crosby and Edith Morgan Medlin. She was first married to the late Grady H. Mainer and then to the late Aubrey Foy Brown. She was retired from Milliken and Company and was a charter member of Pacolet Mills Church of God where she was the church secretary for over 50 years. Survivors include two sons, Larry F. Brown and his wife Donna of Spartanburg, and Danny Ray Brown and his wife Sandra of Pacolet; three grandsons, Billy Brown of Boiling Springs, Brian Melton of Spartanburg, and Chad Brown of Pacolet; two granddaughters, Sheila Barger and Vicky Cromer, both of Pacolet; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 PM Saturday, August 25, 2007, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, August 26, 2007, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel conducted by the Rev. John Brook. Burial will be in Pacolet Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mobile Meals Service, P. O. Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304; or to Pacolet Mills Church of God, P. O. Box 78, Pacolet Mills, SC 29373.
