MILLEN, Ga. Mrs. Ollie Ruth Brown, age 74, died Monday, November 7, 2011 at MCG Hospital. She was born in Stillmore, a retired Inspector for Jockey International, and was a member of the Deep Creek Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, at the Deep Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Revs. Butch Taylor and Bill Barksdale officiating. Burial will follow in the Bennett Family cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Remer L. Brown, Sr.; 2 daughters, Dianne B. Arthur of Millen and Debra (Ken) Tanner of Wrightsville; a son, Remer L. (Denise) Brown Jr. of Waynesboro; a sister, Susie Stover of Millen; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
