H.W. Oldham Funeral HomeLAKELAND -- Mrs. Ola Mae Brown of Lakeland died of cancer April 28, 2003, at Grace Health Care Center in Lakeland. She was 70.Born in Pritch-ard, Ala., she came to Lakeland from Sacramento, Calif., 15 years ago. She was a home health caregiver in private homes and she was the evening receptionist for H.W. Oldham Funeral Home in Lakeland for 15 years. She worked for VISTE and Adams Group Home. She was a member of Blessed Hope Assembly M.B. Church, where she was on the Usher Board No. 1 and a member of the City Wide Ushers Union.Mrs. Brown is survived by her sons, Willie Penn and Royal Penn, both of Sacramento; brother, Davis Penn, Memphis, Tenn.; 15 grandchildren; and 10 greatgrandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at H.W. Oldham Funeral Home. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Blessed Hope Assembly M.B. Church. Burial will be in Plateau Cemetery.
