SUMTER, SC-- WILLIAMS, Olivia Hines, age 50, beloved wife of 29 years to Kenneth Vaughn Williams, died on Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at Tuomey Medical Center.She was born in Brookhaven, Mis-sissippi, a daughter of Ruth Hayles Hines and the late Fleetwood Hines. She graduated from the University of Alabama where she received her master's degree. She was the Executive Director of the Santee-Wateree Mental Health Center and was a former member of the Sumt-er Rotary Club.
