O'TOOLE James William O'Toole Sr., 71, died at his home in Madison, FL on Sunday, December 16, 2007. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Elizabeth “Betty” Fraleigh O'Toole. A celebration of life will be held in his honor on Thursday, December 20th at 11:00 am at O'Toole Herb Farm. The family will receive visitors at his home, 305 NE Artemesia Trial, Madison, FL, on Wednesday, December 19th, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
