Norman F. Van Horn Cedar Lake, IN Norman F. Van Horn, age 83, of Cedar Lake, IN, passed away Friday, June 22, 2007. He is survived by one daughter, Wendy (Frank) Schreiber of Cedar Lake, IN; one son, Mark Van Horn of Cedar Lake, IN; five grandchildren: Chuck (Patty) Johnson II of Winfield, IN, Shannon (Daniel) Hogle of Taswell, IN, Amber (Steve) Flores of St. John, IN, Jeffrey Johnson of Cedar Lake, IN and Nicholas (Dana) Van Horn of Winston-Salem, NC; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephew. Preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis; grandson, Christopher Johnson; his parents; and two brothers: Robert and Charles Van Horn. Norman was a retired carpenter with 52 years of service. He was a member of Carpenters Local 1005 and the Retirees Club #35. Norman was a World War II Army veteran and a member of American Legion Post 261. Franciscan Drive (on State Road 55, south of State Road 231), Crown Point, IN on Monday, June 25, 2007 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. from Pruzin & Little Chapel with Rev.
