Norma (Pierce) Smith of Endicott Norma (Pierce) Smith, 85, of Endicott, went to stroll with God Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Predeceased by her husband, Leland (Jim) Smith, Jr.; a daughter and son-in-law, Vicky and Mike Gale; a son, James Smith; and a grandson, Gerald Varga. She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Sharon Puller and Ginny and Matthew Wysocki, all of Endicott; one special son, Craig Smith, Binghamton; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; one sister, Fran Palomeque, Florida; several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Vestal Nursing Center for the loving care given to Norma. A graveside service will be held Friday, 1:00 p.m. from the Tower at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal.
