SMITH, Norma Louise Metcalf Born March 05, 1927, died peacefully at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa on Aug 02, 2009. Wife of the late Dr. David D. Smith PhD. Loving mother of Philip (Julia), Brenda (Bill), Valerie (Doug), Rosalind (Dave), and Lorraine (Bruce). Beloved Grandmother of Teri, Evan, Alexandra, Molly, Kyle, McKenzie, Ryan, Alison, Fiona, Chloe, Michael, Sean and Aurora. Norma grew up in Town of Mount Royal, spent her active married life with David in Lennoxville and enjoyed her "retirement" in Ottawa. Her legacy will be the enduring love, generosity, kindness and humour that she shared with her family and all who crossed her path.
