Smith, Norma K. SELKIRK Norma Kingsley Smith, 76, died Monday, June 11, 2007 at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital, Albany. Born in Watertown, N.Y., daughter of the late Lawrence and Doris (O'Connor) Kingsley. Norma was a graduate of Brockport State College and received her master's of education from Russell Sage College, Troy, N.Y. She devoted 30 years of her life as a second grade teacher at Ravena Elementary, Ravena. Survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Albert G. Smith. They enjoyed their retirement for over 20 years in Cape Coral, Fla. where they enjoyed friends, golf, travel and each other. Also surviving are her daughters, Sandra Fastert (Henry) of Ravena and Allyson Zolner (Mark Brennan) of North Chatham; and her beloved grandsons, Michael Fastert, Zachary and Trevor Zolner. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2007 at the Grace United Methodist Church, Ravena. In lieu of flowers, Norma requested contributions be made to the Grace United Methodist Church, 16 Hillcrest Drive, Ravena, NY 12143.
