Norma E. Davis, 86, of St. Marys, Ga., passed away Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. Born April 25, 1926, in Dighton, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Annie Gagner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Jean Rose. Coming from Raynham, Mass., she had resided in St. Marys, Ga., for the past eight months. Mrs. Davis had a passion for cooking and loved feeding anyone who showed up at her doorstep. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors include her husband, William A. Davis of St. Marys, Ga.; two sons, Tommy Davis (Debbie) of St. Marys, Ga., and Dan Davis (Diane) of Orleans, Mass.; two daughters, Joanne Rex (Tony) of St. Marys, Ga., and Donna Crockett (Michael) of Beaufort, S.C.; son-in-law, Norman Rose of Taunton, Mass.; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
