HUGHES, Norine Ruth December 19, 1916 - May 28, 2014 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Norine at Resthaven Lodge, Sidney, BC. Norine went to join the love of her life, her husband, Paul who passed away in 2005. Norine was born in Sacramento, California where she worked in the offices at Sears for over 20 years, then moved to Sidney, BC. She is survived by two stepsons, Ross in Whongarie, New Zealand and Henke in Appeldoorn, Holland. Special thanks to the staff at Resthaven Lodge. The funeral will be on Wednesday, June 4th, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Andrews Anglican Church, 9691 Fourth Street, Sidney, B.C. Internment at Holy Trinity Church, 1319 Mills Rd., Sidney, BC. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
