MATHEWS, Nina Joyce - Suddenly at home on Friday, June 3, 2005 in her 78th year. Long time resident of Indian River and Hiawatha, Joyce (nee Smith) was a dear wife to Bruce for 57 years. Loving mother of Ron (Ruth), Bill (Karen) and Clarence (Cheryl). Dear grandmother of Holly, Adam, Sonya, and Jade. Beloved great grandmother of two. Dear daughter of the late Tirzah (Annie) and Wallace Smith. Beloved sister of Gertrude (the late Roy) Kemp and the late Clara (Elgin) Sedgwick. Sister-in-law of Isabel (Donnie Fines), Mildred (Ken) Campbell, Susie Cuthbertson (Mick McMillan), and Vera (Wayne) Dodd. Also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
