Obituary of Nina Carter

CARTER, Nina, 63, of Dover, Fla., passed away at home February 24, 2011. She was born in Philippi, W. Va., and had been an area resident for 27 years. She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Clayton; daughter, Cindy Sherhag and husband, Gabe; grand-children, Joshua, Nicole and Dakota Sherhag; sister, Betty Jett and husband, Charles Jr.; brothers, Robert Witt and wife, Annice, James Witt and wife, Marna, and David Witt and wife, Threasia; and an extended family and numerous friends. A funeral service will take place at 5 p.m. Monday, February 28, 2011, with a visitation one hour prior at Stowers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to LifePath Hospice.
