THOMAS, NEVILLE RAYMOND, 66OCALA - Mr. Neville Raymond Thomas, 66, died at his residence on Saturday, February 6, 2010. He was a native of Spaulding, Clarendon, Jamaica, born on August 31, 1943 to parents Lawrence and Mavis (Carnigie) Thomas. Mr. Thomas was a retired computer teacher and technician. He was a member of the NAACP. He was the chairperson of scholarships and webmaster for the Caribbean American Alliance of Florida (CAAFL). He is survived by his wife, Alma Thomas, 2 daughters, 3 sons, 3 step-sons, 3 sisters, 3 brothers, 6 grandchildren, and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and good friends. Funeral services will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 13th at Roberts Funeral Homes Downtown Chapel, 606 SW 2nd Ave. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
