CARTER, Neil Edward (Teddy) 60 years, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 19, 2004 at Leamington District Memorial Hospital. Born and raised in Wheatley. Beloved husband of Loretta (Tell) for 41 years. Loving father of Vicki and Terry Scratch and Wendy and Charles Maurice. Cherished grandfather of Ty and Devin Scratch and Brigitte Maurice. Dear brother of Ruthann Rivard and husband Richard. Sadly missed by sister-in-laws Delores Jakob, Carol Clark and husband Paul and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Edward and Marguerite Carter. As family and friends all know - Teddy did it his way. A Memorial Service to celebrate Teddy's life will be held at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (326-2631) on Tuesday, November 23, 2004 at 11 a.m. Rev. Jack Glover officiating. Please note: there will be no visitation prior to the Memorial Service, a fellowship lunch will follow the service.
