BROWN, NANCY SHARON FOLEY, 61, entered into the loving arms of our Lord, Jesus Christ during the early morning of Wednesday, March 14, 2012. She was a member of Kosmosdale Baptist Church, where she was a member for over 40 years. She was loved and is dearly missed by her family and church members. Nancy was born on July 28, 1950 in Louisville, to the late Logan Harlan and Dorothy Foley. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Terry Foley, Gayle Futrell Foley; and sister, Valerie Foley. Survivors include her loving husband of 42 years, Sidney Brown; and her children, Jimmy (Dawn), John (Paula), Jody (Amy) and Josh (Regina); brother, Larry Foley (Vicky); grandchildren, Courtney Brown, Tiffany Adams, Johnny Brown, Sara and Hannah Ammons, Destiny Brown, Morgan and Sara Rose Brown; great-grandchildren, Ava Higgs and Matthias Adams. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 18, 2012, 3-8 p.m., and Monday, March 19, 2012, noon-8 p.m. at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home, 10907 Dixie Hwy and at the church, after 11a.m. on Tuesday. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at noon at the Kosmosdale Baptist Church, 7012 Shipley Lane, Valley Station with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
