Obituary of Nancy-R. Dalton


Dalton, Nancy R. DELMAR Nancy Reaume Dalton, 77, of Delmar, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at St. Peter's Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Milwaukee, Wis. and was the daughter of the late C. Edward and Margaret Pulse Reaume. Nancy was a graduate of the College of St. Rose. She was employed as purchasing agent with Albany City School District for 25 years. Nancy enjoyed genealogy, traveling and taking care of her family. She was predeceased by beloved husband, Edward R. Dalton in 1999. Nancy is the beloved and devoted mother of David T. Dalton (Chuck Powers) of Chicago, Daniel T. (Maureen) Dalton of Liverpool, Margaret D. (Frank) Delgado and Anne E. Wagner (Chuck Cramer) of Albany. Nancy is also survived by longtime family friend Mark Savage of Delmar. She is the cherished grandmother of Matthew Delgado, Bryan Delgado, Kyle Dalton and Katherine Dalton. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). A prayer service will be offered at 7:00. Interment will be in Saratoga National VA Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105 in memory of Nancy R. Dalton.
