Nancy Lucille Tuggle-Brown, 69, a former long-time resident of St. John"s County, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2011, after a lengthy illness at her home in Anderson County, Ky. She is survived by her husband, Joseph C. Brown; her daughter, Colleen E. Gehlbach and son-in Law, Tim Gehlbach; grandchildren, Chelsea B. Payne, Jordan R. Adams and Sarah E. Adams of Kentucky; niece Jennifer Cooper; grand-niece, Ruth Ann Cooper; and grand-nephew Will Cooper of Jacksonville, Fla. Following cremation, there will be a memorial service conducted by the family at their residence in Anderson County, Ky., at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2011.
