Nancy Louise Bell, 64, Sarasota and Brampton, Ontario, Canada, died Nov. 1, 2002. She was born May 18, 1938, in Hanover, Ontario, Canada. She wintered in Sarasota and was a member of Laurel Oak Golf and Country Club. Survivors include her husband, Robert; her parents, Walter Burt and Rita Steinburg; daughters Megan Wood, Kim Miller and Susan Alscorn; stepsons Michael and Robert Jr.; a sister, Pat; a brother, Larry; and seven grandchildren.
