Nancy K. Patterson, 70, passed away Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013 at The Gardens of Celina, Ohio.She was born July 19, 1943 in Union City, Ind., to the late Carl and Betty Rohr Patterson. Nancy worked at Master's Industries, Ansonia, Ohio. She was a member of Eagles #2790 of Union City, Ind., VFW Auxiliary of Sebring, Fla. She was a 1961 graduate of Union City Community High School. Nancy enjoyed spending time at her winter home in Sebring, Fla., as well as Union City, Ind., in the summers. Survivors include her children, Mike (Lisa) Fitzwater of Union City, Ind., Karen Sue Fitzwater and Keith Fitzwater, both of Greenville, Ohio; raised, Phillip (Ann) Ross of Bellefontaine, Ohio; five grandchildren; one great grandchild, Riley Alexander; a companion, Dave Shook of Ansonia, Ohio; a brother, Fred (Maggie) Patterson of Celina, Ohio; and a good friend, Bea Guthrie of Union City, Ind. She was preceded in death by her parents.Funeral services are 6 p.m. Thursday at Reichard Funeral Home, 400 W. Deerfield Rd., Union City, Ind., with The Rev. Rodger Garland officiating.
