JACKSON Nancy M. (nee Ando), 90, on October 11, 2011 of Mahwah, NJ formerly of Tenafly, NJ passed quietly surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of her late husband William Theodore Jackson. Loving mother of Nancy and husband Mickey MacFarran of Mahwah and William Theodore Jr. and wife Amy Jackson of Corington, KY. Adored grandmother of eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren and many friends and family. Loving sister of Gerard Ando and Joann Bockhorn. Nancy was a Women's Army Corps WWII Veteran. She was President of the Tenafly Golden Age Club and the Ramsey Leisure Club. She was also active in the Mahwah Senior Center. Nancy was a past Eucharistic Minister at Mount Carmel R.C. Church in Tenafly. She sang in the choir and was a past Eucharistic Minister at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Mahwah. She was employed with Franklin Square Publishing Co. in Englewood, NJ and New American Libraries in Bergenfield, NJ. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 10 AM at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Mahwah, NJ. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Tenafly, NJ.
