TEWKSBURY - Nancy (Quear) Harmon, 57, a Tewksbury resident for the past 32 years, died Friday, Sept. 19, at the Community Hospice House of Merrimack, N.H. She was the wife of James B. Harmon, to whom she was married for 36 years. She was born in Kansas City, Miss., on July 16, 1946, a daughter of Marilou (Oliver) Quear of Kansas City, Miss., and the late William A. Quear. She was raised in Kansas City and graduated from Kansas City North High School in 1964, and later attended Baker University in Baldwin City, Kan. Mrs. Harmon had lived in Tewksbury since 1971, and had earlier lived in Carpentersville, Ill. She was a member of the Ballardvale United Church in Andover. She previously attended the Tewksbury United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading. In addition to her husband and mother, survivors include seven daughters; 10 grandchildren; her sister, Marcia Bozarth and her husband, Ted, of Eldorado Springs, Miss.; two nieces; and five nephews. She was predeceased by two sons.
