EDWARDS, NANCYNancy Edwards, a resident of Mahopac since 2003 and a long time former resident of Manhattan died Saturday, December 18, 2004 at Waterview Hills Nursing Center. She was 79. She was born in County Cavan, Ireland on August 30, 1925, the daughter of Peter and Julia Brady Edwards. Nancy was a retired banker at Citibank in Manhattan. She was a longtime parishioner of Good Shepherd Church in Manhattan. She is survived by her brother, John Edwards of Ireland, her sister-in-law, Kathleen Edwards of Mahopac and many nieces and nephews. Her brother Peter Edwards died June 14, 2002. Visiting will be held today (Sunday) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Joseph J. Smith Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11am at St. John The Evangelist Church in Mahopac.
