As a child, Nancy was a member of the Girl Scouts of America and played the violin. She was of the Methodist faith and attended United Methodist Church in Wausau, WI. As an adult she enjoyed riding horses, going to horse shows, woodworking, ceramic crafts, and was in the Wausau Orchestra. She had presided in Pensacola for the past 22 years and had worked in the healthcare industry. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Vivienne (Fish) Jacobson.She is survived by her brothers, Raymond Jacobson of Stevens Point, WI, and Stanley Jacobson of Cedar Rapids, IA; her sons, Mark Brown of Yulee, FL, David Brown of Hayward, WI, and Paul Brown, Michael Brown, and Dale Brown, all of Pensacola, FL; 18 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Southern Oaks Nursing Home's chapel.Trahan Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
