SAVAGE, Nancy Alice (nee Johnson) Died peacefully in Ottawa on Wednesday, August 20th, 2008, after a long illness, at the age of ninety-seven. She was predeceased by her husband, John Murray Savage and by their son, Malcolm. She was the dear mother of Janet (John Blachford), John (Shirley Janes), and Nancy (William Hogg), and a loved grandmother of Erik, Leith, Ian, Peter, Keith, Stephanie, and Nicholas. Her great-grandchildren include Jake, Sedi-Anne, Theo, Madeline, Ben, Gregory, Ted, and Benjamin. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Austin and Audrey Johnson, and by her sister-in-law, Elisabeth Martin. At a later date a private memorial service will be held in The Church of St. Andrew & St. Paul, Montreal, followed by interment in Mont Royal Cemetery. Flowers and donations are gratefully declined.
