DAVIS, Myra Elaine Gant "Mimmy"Age 71 of Nashville, TN. February 24, 2009. Preceded in death by daughter, Cyndi Sullivan; parents, Mildred and Jennings Gant; and brother, Harold Gant. She was a member and past president of The Women's Auxiliary FOE; a graduate of Central High School Class of 1955; and a member of Tusculum Church of Christ. Survived by her husband, Walter R. "Junior" Davis; daughters, Terri (Bert) Thornton, Karen (Rick) Blackburn & Patty (Kim) Nollner; step-sons, Ricky Davis & Anthony Davis; sister, Debbie (Ken) Bartlett; brother, David (Patricia) Gant; and grandchildren, Susan (Jamie) Dunnagan, Jeffrey Thornton, Brent (Suzie) Thornton, Lindsay & Kristina Nollner, Hailey & Alex Blackburn. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 27, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home, HICKORY CHAPEL, 5852 Nolensville Road, by Scott McDowell & Wendell Byrd. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
