Shirley Jean Hall, age 71, of Homosassa, FL, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2010, at the Hospice Unit of Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, FL. Born Nov. 16, 1938, in Albion, MI, to Joseph and Delia Helton. She came here 35 years ago from Albion. She was a Homemaker and a Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Homosassa, FL. She enjoyed Crafts, Crocheting and Cooking Shows.She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Hall; 2 sons, Ronald Neil and Howard Ray Hall; and her grandson, Stacy Lateia Hall. Survivors include her sons, Roger Joe Hall of Homosassa, FL, and Tracy Dean Hall (Teresa) of Lecanto, FL; and a daughter, Katerina Lynn Baldridge (Thomas) of Homosassa, FL. 11 grandchildren: Paul, Donald, Samantha, Yutiva, Starvelle, Daydra, Desiree, Patrick, Joseph, Larry and Leslie; and 11 great-grandchildren.A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, May 15, 2010, at 1 p.m. at the Greater Life Church at 10340 Pennsylvania St. Homosassa, FL, with pastor Steve Geary officiating. Interment will follow at the Stage Stand Cemetery in Homosassa, FL. Visitation will be on Friday evening May 14, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. from the Strickland Funeral Home Chapel in Crystal River, FL.
