Obituary of Mrs. -Pauline-Williamson Edge


Pauline Williamson Edge, age 82, of Gainesville passed away Sunday, Oct. 14, 2007, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007. The Rev. Clarence Reynolds will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, 2007, at the funeral home. Mrs. Edge was born in Forsyth County to the late Johnny and Emma Williamson. Mrs. Edge was a homemaker and a member of Temple Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Guy Edge. Survivors include her son, Kenneth Edge, Gainesville; sons and daughters-in-law, Guy and Diane Edge, Flowery Branch, and Eddie and Linda Edge, Hoschton; grandchildren, David Edge, Jennifer Edge and Jessica Edge; grandchildren and spouses, Amanda and Jason Driver and Amy and Ricky Williamson; great-grandchildren, Makayla and Molly Driver and McKayla and Derrike Williamson; sister Myrtle Elliot; brothers and sisters-in-law, J.B. and Mary Williamson and Hoyt and Imojene Williamson; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
