ANNISTON - Funeral service for Mrs. Frances Lillian Johnson, 85, will be Tuesday, Jan. 27, at 11 a.m. at Usrey Brown-Service Funeral Home with President Jeff Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Johnson died Saturday, Jan. 24, 2009 in Anniston. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was always active as a teacher and compassionate server. She also served in many other areas throughout her lifetime and will be remembered for searching out those who were in need. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Gussie Hill; two daughters, Mary Frances Puckett and Susan Melanie Puckett; and grandson, John Cecil Adair. Survivors are daughters, Ingra Adair of Jacksonville, FL, and Rebecca Nunnally (Dan) of Anniston; grandchildren, Beth Franco of Ponte Verda Beach, FL, John, Alan and Ashleigh Nunnally of Anniston. Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan. 27, from 10-11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega will direct the service.
