Mrs. Brenda Joyce Stewart, 65, of Panama City, died at her residence on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009. She was born to Johnathan Wiley and Clora Ann (Melvin) Blankenship on Dec. 14, 1944. She is survived by two sons: Howard Nowlin, Jr. of Slidell, La.; and James Stewart of Cohutta, Ga.; two daughters: Jerri Balsters and April Stewart, both of Panama City; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and one sister: Betty Bradley of Panama City.
