Graveside service for Mrs. Betty Sue Hixon Smith, 64, of Anniston, will be at noon today, February 16, 2010, at Eulaton Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Martin Chesser officiating. Mrs. Smith passed away February 14, 2010 at Fairfield Nursing Home. Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughter, Starla Andrews; son, Micah Smith; sister, Catherine Ingram; brothers, Harry W. Hixon Jr., Bobby Hixon; grandchildren, Emily Andrews, Mallory Andrews, Patrick Andrews, and Brandon Smith. Mrs. Smith was a native and lifelong resident of Anniston. She was a Walter Wellborn High School graduate and attended Jacksonville State University and attended Eulaton Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Myrtice Hixon.
