SYLACAUGA - Funeral service for Anna Sue Patterson, age 64, will be June 13, at 11 a.m. at Curtis and Son North Chapel with the Rev. Bill Dean officiating. Burial will be in Talladega Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Patterson died Thursday, June 11, 2009 at her residence in Sylacauga. She was preceded in death by husband, Billy Burnette Sr.; parents, Gus and Anna Lee Bean. Mrs. Patterson was born and raised in Sylacauga. She lived many years in Louisiana and then moved back to Sylacauga in the late 70's. Mrs. Patterson was an avid Auburn and NASCAR fan. Survivors are sons, Billy Joe Burnette Jr. of Millerville, Robert Wayne (Bucky) Burnette of Talladega Springs; daughter, Patricia Ann Canada of Lincoln; brother, James Bean of Montgomery; uncles, Harold Spann and wife Sue, Steve Spann, Mike Spann all of Winfield; 11 grandchildren and five grandchildren. Curtis and Son Funeral Home will direct the service.
