Obituary of Mr. -Thomas-Glenn Carter

SYLACAUGA - Funeral service for Thomas Glenn Carter, 45, was Friday, Feb. 5, at 2 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel. The Rev. Joe Kelley and the Rev. John Limbaugh officiated. Burial followed in Fayetteville Methodist Cemetery in Fayetteville. Mr. Carter died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010. He was preceded in death by his father, John A. Carter; and grandparents, George and Beulah Green. He was a graduate of The University of Montevallo. He is survived by his mother, Alice Virginia Carter Goins of Fayetteville and stepfather, Bill Goins; brother, Greg Carter and wife Robin of Childersburg; stepsisters, Sharon Sherbert and husband Steve of Sylacauga, Karon Bowden and husband Wayne of Childersburg and Padgette McGrady and husband Randy of Childersburg; stepbrothers, Jimmy Goins and wife Jerri Ann of Childersburg, Keith Goins and wife Vickie of Childersburg, and Shane Goins and wife Angie of Childersburg; nephews, Justin Carter and Jake Carter of Childersburg.
