Mr. Otis Lee Williams, 54, of Midway, Florida, died on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at his residence. A native of Gadsden County, he was a member of Midway Church of God In Christ. Services will be Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Midway COGIC at 11:00 am with the Elder E.C. Sheppard officiating. Visitation will be Friday, April 5, 2013 at Betsey Funeral Home from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm, also on Saturday, from 9:00 am until service time at the church. Betsey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
